Celebrate the 4th of July and America's 250th Anniversary at Paris Bar with a festive brunch buffet featuring French-inspired specialties, brunch favorites, and seasonal selections in the heart of New York City.
Begin your experience with our Breakfast Pastry Bar, fresh sliced fruit, and a Yogurt Parfait Bar complete with granola, fresh fruit, and honey. Enjoy chef-selected charcuterie and international cheeses, along with a Smoked Salmon Tier featuring smoked and gravlax salmon, cream cheese, mini bagels, capers, red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Create your own Avocado Toast with a selection of breads and toppings.
Guests will then choose one entrée from the following selections:
• The Brunson – egg, cheese, hash brown, chipotle mayo, and toasted everything bagel
• Eggs Benedict Parisienne – poached eggs, house-smoked pork belly, hollandaise, and English muffin
• Le Smashburger Parisien – two house-blend burger patties, aged Irish cheddar, tallow-sautéed onions, bibb lettuce, tomato, pickles, B57 sauce, and pain au lait
• Eggs Any Style – served with your choice of toast, bagel, or English muffin (optional add-ons available)
• Caesar Salad – baby gem lettuce, spigarello kale, anchovy parmesan dressing, garlic crumbles, and your choice of chicken or salmon
